Christina and Marshall’s Palos Verdes Engagement was beautiful and we loved getting to see their relationship bloom. Here is their dating story from Christina’s perspective:
“We first met in an english class during our sophomore year at Biola. I noticed Marshall from across the room but nothing ever developed and after years of seeing each other in the halls of our dorm, he moved off campus and we never talked more than just as classmates. Fast forward six years and both of us had signed up for eHarmony. After being on the site for about a month we got connected. I saw Marshall’s profile come up and turned to my sister and said “I remember him! We were in a class together!” I sent him a message and after messaging back and forth for a few days Marshall asked if I wanted to get coffee. I gave a calm answer of “yes, that sounds great” while jumping up and down and we decided to meet at the Starbucks near Biola on a Sunday afternoon. We talked for five hours and decided to go on another date the following weekend. It was the best first date either of us had been on and there was something that just clicked while we were talking. Our next date went just as well, if not even better, and the relationship took off from there.”
After a few dates they both knew they had something special. There are so many ways that they compliment each other’s personalities and quirks. We have known Christina for many years and hearing her talk about growing closer to Marshall has been so much fun. We will leave you with some of their favorite past times and we hope you enjoy their photos!
“We love all kinds of things! We both really enjoy a good night in. Cooking together, watching a movie, walking in the park, going to musicals…the list goes on. We really just love spending time together. We love to try local activities and hopefully traveling will be added to our list when we get married and no longer have insane school schedules.”
