When engagement shoots include a dog and champagne there is no hope of containing our excitement! Lisa and Jonathan’s Orange County Engagement was a blast to capture and their photos exude the joy and laughter that was present throughout every moment of their session.
“After over 4 years together, we still giggle like little kids on a daily basis. On a more practical level, we are both very family-oriented and have the same values and priorities. We love brainstorming ideas together about our careers, travel, real estate, recipes…you name it! We spend hours just talking about the future and it’s pretty hard to imagine any of it apart from each other.”
These two first met at a wedding!! Lisa was a bridesmaid in one of her best friend’s wedding. She had gone to law school with both the bride and groom, and Jonathan had studied abroad in Siena with the groom. Somehow, despite many almosts and could-have-beens, Jonathan and Lisa had never met prior to the wedding. At the wedding, Jonathan offered to “buy” Lisa a drink from the open bar and gave a funny quip about the groom. They danced all night and before they left Jonathan asked for Lisa’s telephone number. They went on their first date a week later, and the rest is history!

This pup is part of the family and she played an integral role in Jonathan’s engagement plan.
