Anna and Gary had a Malaga Cove Engagement that was dusted with a little bit of South Bay haze and gloom and we love the images that came from this session! These two met over 9 years ago when Anna was visiting from college. They were at a mutual friend’s get together but did not really connect until after the event. Gary found Anna on Facebook and sent her a message to get things going. Fast forward 9 years and Anna had planned to go on a hike with some friends at Runyon Canyon. The morning of the hike Gary decided to join in on the hike, but really was not acting like himself. When they reached the top he asked Anna to turn around so he could take a photo of her looking at the view. As Anna turned back around Gary was down on one knee asking her to be his wife.
We love asking couples what drew them to marriage because each couple has such a unique interaction with this question and their story is always intimately tangled in with their answer. Anna and Gary’s story is one of trust, love, and learning and their reasons for entering marriage show how much they have invested in each other and their relationships. “Throughout our nine year relationship we got a chance to experience lots of highs and lows. Throughout it all, our relationship grew stronger and our love always prevailed. We realized we were ready to start our lives together and grow our family.”
Gary and Anna are getting married at the end of May at Temecula Creek Inn and we are stoked to see their big day come together. A huge thank you to these two for allowing us to be part of their wedding team and keep an eye out for their wedding blog coming soon!
