Intimate Palos Verdes Estates Wedding | Sheri + Parker

Sheri and Parker’s Intimate Palos Verdes Estates Wedding was beautiful and we had been waiting anxiously for their big day to come. We love this couple and have enjoyed seeing their love grow over the years. They met at Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach. We were in all of the same classes our first year of law school. Sheri’s first memory of Parker was watching him tear up the dance floor at an 80’s rock band concert a big group of our friends went to. Parker asked Sheri to dance and she said no! Later on that year we got to know each other better and study sessions turned into friendship. Soon that friendship bloomed into romance and they began to build a foundation that has served them well. Parker proposed at the Norfolk Botanical Gardens on December 14, 2015. Every year at Christmastime the gardens are decked out in Christmas lights and they drove through with their friends Rand & Brittany. When they stopped to take pictures at Sheri’s favorite spot Parker dropped down on one knee and proposed. 

We loved hearing what brought these two to consider marriage and the activities that occupy their time now that they are done planning their big day. “We’re best friends! We know we can accomplish a lot together and we love being together. We encourage each other to grow and we both love the Lord.Wine tasting is one of our favorite pastimes! Singing in the car, traveling, dancing, shooting, hanging out together in the kitchen while Parker cooks, entertaining (feeding) our friends, watching The Office…” These hobbies show how much they enjoy doing life together and we are so excited to see their future unfold. Their wedding was incredible and we were blessed to be part of their wedding day team.
