Los Angeles River Center and Gardens Wedding | Los Angeles | Edith + Casey Part 2

Weddings

Here is Part 2 of Edith and Casey’s special day!  We failed to mention in part 1 of their wedding blog, that the temperature outside was SCORCHING.  When I say scorching – I mean, 103 degrees and no signs of cooling down throughout the night.  It was so hot people were dropping like flies!  It’s alright though, because literally nothing could stop this party from going on ALL NIGHT LONG.  There were so many of Edith’s and Casey’s friends, and families at this wedding it was impossible for anyone to NOT have a blast.  The celebration of these two coming together was the event of the season – and rain, shine, or jaw dropping, sweat inducing 103 degree heat would keep their guests from coming out and having a good time.  THAT’S what I call a wedding!

Casey is so genuine.  His facial expressions when he looks at Edith are so heartfelt and full of emotion.  You can just tell that he is a really neat person, and the way he loves people, especially Edith, is so amazing.

Edith you are gorgeous!Edith has a big, infectious laugh.  During Casey’s best friend’s speech, he finished it by saying how it was now Casey’s job to bring that laugh out for the rest of his life.  Such a cool way of putting it!  It made me want to smile and cry at the same time.

The food at the wedding was also incredible.  There were handmade tortillas for the guests instead of rolls and they were delicious.  The aroma all that amazing food left in the air made it hard for us to take pictures when we were so badly wanting to eat everything in sight!

All of the guests at the wedding were so happy to be there and ready to have fun.  The dance floor was happening all night (even through the heat) and not a single person wanted it to end.  It was a beautiful day, and it was really such a great way to celebrate a great couple.  Edith and Casey, we are so happy for you two, and feel so blessed to have been there in those moments that you two will hold onto for the rest of your lives.  You really are both amazing people, we love that you get to go from here into many years of an amazing marriage!
