Christine and Eric’s Redondo Beach Engagement is stunning! These two are naturals in front of the camera and their love for each other shines through ever picture we captured.
Eric and Christine first met through Christine’s cousin. Their first date was going out for drinks at a local bar called the Shelter. On date 2, Eric asked her to meet him and his best friends to watch a Sounders game. This get together was also his birthday and after Christine passed the friend test with flying colors, the rest was history!
Their engagement story is full of surprises and romantic details. Here is Christine’s version of their story: “I’m a bit old school and love getting mail. So it all started on a Saturday in July with Eric getting the mail, but he’d slipped a letter into the pile. The letter started a day-long trip around the city…to the spot where we had our first date, second date, first kiss, a favorite date spot…and back home. At each spot was a mailbox with another letter about why that spot was special, and a clue of where to go next. We spent the entire day reminiscing and telling stories. The last clue led to the roof of our building overlooking Puget Sound, where Eric got down on one knee and by that point, he didn’t have to say much else! It was a day of happy (and very ugly) tears. Just when I thought the surprises were over, Eric suggested we go to our favorite local bar to toast and celebrate. Both of our families had flown in, along with friends from all over the country, for a surprise engagement party. Cue more ugly tears 🙂 #BestDayEver!”
