The proposal: Matt proposed to Yulan in a state park near Carmel, CA. He had planned to propose in a secluded cove inside of the state park but the trail to the cove was deemed unsafe and the entire cove has been closed to the public. As you can imagine, this only added to Matt’s nerves as he began to think of other ways he could propose to Yulan. Eventually they stumbled upon a cliff overlooking the Ocean and Matt decided that was the spot where he would propose…and no surprise, she said YES!
