Christina & Alec are so lovely and bold. Their love for one another was promised before God and friends in their backyard micro-wedding. COVID-19 couldn’t stop the strength of their love for one another. Their backyard micro-wedding was such a joyous occasion and definitely needed in these times. Christina & Alec stood their ground and got married on their original planned date! The pandemic wedding was pared down due to the number of people allowed to attend but many more tuned in with Facebook streaming and other online connection sites. This was, of course, a special time for Christina & Alec to dedicate themselves to one another. Everybody that was in attendance or viewing online was very happy to witness this special moment. Everyone needed these precious moments of joy and hope and Christina & Alec brought that. It was particularly poignant and special in these times. The couple were not in their wedding dress or suit for the occasion opting to wear those at a later date when everyone can finally gather and be together again. This micro-wedding was so memorable and so beautiful, it will forever be in my memory as a tribute to the resiliency of love and human togetherness. Even though very few people were able to attend it was a good reminder of love and for our need to be together.
Christina & Alec found a great way to continue with their plans to get married during this pandemic and the “Stay at Home Order”. We captured the wedding photos and we will use the rest of the time they booked to capture the celebration that is sure to be a blast once the “Stay at Home Order” is lifted.
Reach out to us with your idea about the time you booked with us. We are absolutely willing, in these wild times, to be creative with your booking requests. I really enjoyed this intimate backyard wedding and hope that many of you decide to follow what Christina & Alec have done. I really feel that it was as memorable as any I’ve photographed.
Be Blessed.
