Camarillo Wedding | Kaitlin + Ted Part 2

Weddings

Here comes part 2 everyone!  After that great ceremony the wedding moved to the Las Posas Country Club, tucked away in the hills of Camarillo.  There the reception was the ONLY place to be in all of Southern California.  It was loud, fun, beautiful, and just a great big party!  We snuck Ted and Kaitlin out on the golf course for a couple more photos and it was an amazing backdrop with some incredible lighting!  From there, it was just a celebration with family and friends, and like we said before, these two could not have a greater family or group of friends.  The dance floor was a little bit out of control, but in the best possible way!

Kaitlin and her proud parents! We love Ted and his parents so much!  They have set such a good example of marriage for Ted and Kaitlin, and to all of us, really!Kaitlin made little “hot tottie” packages for all of the guests.  Earl Grey tea, a shot of whisky, and some honey.  Mmmmmm!Kaitlin’s sister did all of the flowers for the wedding.  AMAZING!Just love these shots out on the golf course under these trees! We think you two are pretty cute. Not only is Kaitlin an amazing woman, but she is also an amazing photographer.  We passed over the camera for her to take some of these shots of Ted.  Although Ted didn’t necessarily like being at the end of the lens by himself, he humored Kaitlin for some of these shots.  We love seeing a little bit of the day through her eyes! The golf cart getaway!…these two… love them.Ted and Kaitlin’s first dance was to a song that they have both loved for years.  It is even Kaitlin’s ring tone for Ted when he calls.  It’s not very well known, but it is a really cool Spanish-style song called Mission Bells.  One of Ted’s best friends, Kurt, slowed the song down for them so they could use it as their first dance. The best man is Ted’s cousin, who’s name is also Theodore.  They were named after their grandfather who passed away just a few years ago.  He gave a great speech touching on the importance of their name, some longtime family memories, and of course, word’s on behalf of their grandfather and how proud he would have been for Ted.  It was awesome.  Laughter and tears = great speech.Kaitlin’s sister’s gave a humorous speech on advice for Ted and Kaitlin.Ted and his family and friends, like we said, have all grown up together.  This group had so much fun being together out on the dance floor…you could just tell by watching that they were all so happy to be together in one place celebrating Ted and Kaitlin.  This dance floor was packed and everyone was laughing and having a good time.

We are so happy for the two of you.  We can’t wait to see what the future holds for you both…we know it’s good stuff!  We will always be here for you to love and support you (but I think you already know that).

Thank you, again, all of you wonderful vendors!
