Walnut Grove Wedding | Ashley & Jeremy

We love a summer wedding at Walnut Grove in Ventura County! Ashley and Jeremy celebrated their big day there this July surrounded by their closest family and friends.

Walnut Grove is such a spectacular venue for outdoor weddings. It boasts beautiful 50 year old Walnut trees, eucalyptus, and is nestled in a pristine valley between Thousand Oaks and Moorpark. Its location is perfect for lovely weather in the summer- its proximity to the ocean allows for ocean breezes to cool the hot days. This couple is very adventurous and outdoorsy, so an outdoor wedding here was the perfect fit for them. The couple began their day by getting ready before their first look. We were absolutely obsessed with Ashley’s dress from Bella Bridal Couture. It was the perfect combination of chic and boho. The dress, flowers, and beautiful settings all made the day so stunning! Ashley and Jeremy were such a sweet couple to photograph. After their romantic first look, they took some fun photos with their puppy and the wedding party! We loved the bridesmaids’ green dresses and the groomsmen’s neutral suits. After the ceremony, we walked around the venue for Bride and Groom photos. Walnut Grove has such beautiful paths and greenery, and we were happy to get to shoot this couple in front of a beautiful sunset! Afterwards, the reception was so fun with cake cutting, first dances, and a lively dance floor.
