Jessie has been my other best friend besides Megan for the last 10 years! Casey and I got married in her husband’s backyard before they ever knew they would get married. I think we might even be part of the reason that they got married. Well at least a little part! Jessie and I became friends the summer of 2000 when we both interned for the Jr. High group at our church. It was a blast… I was so blessed to spend that time with her.
She has been such an amazing friend from the beginning. She was the first girl that really loved and understood me when I first came back to following Jesus. And she always supported Casey and I. She even held a sign on a moving boat for Casey that said, “WILL YOU MARRY ME?”
She was the first friend that held Nathan, she was there to hold me after we lost Taylor, she spent the night at the hospital with me when we were waiting for Dylan to be born, I was there to hold her when she lost her first baby, and she rushed over early in the morning when Carly was born…and I was so BLESSED and overwhelmed with love to be there for the birth of Juliet! Jessie I love you so much and you are sunshine to everyone that meets you. Juliet is so lucky to have you for her mommy!… and Brian too! Love you Brian!
