This rustic outdoor wedding at the Tin Roof Barn in the Northwest cannot be contained in one blog so don’t miss out on Part. 2 coming later this week.
The Northwest is absolutely gorgeous in Fall. So naturally we jumped at the invitation to capture Neil & Andrea’s wedding in the Hood River area. The Tin Roof Barn nestled in pastoral rolling hills was the perfect venue for this autumn wedding… It was picturesque in every way. Andrea was glowing in her elegant lace dress set against the backdrop of mighty pines and oaks. As you scroll the photos you cannot help but notice in every photo she is positively radiant. Neil, a Southern Cali boy was no slouch. He was debonair with a twinge of Southern California flare (the pink shoelaces really made the outfit come together)!
The wedding day was glorious! The sun was shining, the location idyllic, and the smiles were ear to ear. The friends and family that gathered for this occasion were so thrilled this day was finally here. They all know and recognize that these two amazing people were born for one another. Neil & Andrea just had to take off the hiking boots, put down the yoga mats, and get off the bikes for long enough to tie the knot. Here’s a little tidbit about these two lovely people… Neil & Andrea are a couple that live for adventure and are rarely sitting still for too long. They are true partners. In true adventurer fashion Neil proposed to Andrea at Base Camp on Mt. Everest (I’m not kidding!) Let that sink in. So now you probably understand the type of people Neil & Andrea are and why their guests were so thrilled to be part of their wedding day.
It would be hard to find a single word to sum up an entire day full of memories and joy. If I had to pick just one, it would be “WARMTH” from Neil & Andrea, to their friends and family, to the Tin Roof Barn, the autumn colors, and the beautiful northern sun… One word out of many would be… warmth. When you scroll the photos, I’m sure you’ll agree, warmth and beauty fill the frame of every moment we captured. The love, joy, and tradition just made you feel cozy… And in the Northwest in fall being cozy is a good thing!
We are so excited to share the rest of this fairytale wedding so keep your eyes open for Part. 2 coming later this week!
