Walnut Grove Engagement | Ashlyn + Chris

Engagement

Ashlyn and Chris met on a blind date through a mutual friend. He knew right away that this was the girl he was going to marry. Chris had the ring for months before he found the perfect time to ask Ashlyn to be his wife. Here is the story from our groom-to-be:

“I had a mutual friend set up the garden area of the Moorpark Country Club. It has a beautiful gazebo and view of the valley. I had set pink rose petals on the path to the gazebo. The photographer was lens up in a bush hiding. I told her I had to go drop off bike parts to a friend at the driving range so she stayed in the car. I called her and said it was going to take longer than expected so come over and hang out. I had the ring in a glass slipper while standing in the gazebo. She walked around the corner and came walking up through the rose petals…and then she said yes!”

We had so much fun at this engagement session! A bike and a horse made for a unique engagement shoot but we loved to see this couple and their personalities shine through their photos. A special thanks to Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting for sharing your gorgeous horse with these lovebirds!
