Erica and Eric met at Journey of Faith church, where Eric was leading the 20-30s group. They got to know each other by playing on a church kickball team and volleyball on the beach. After a few group events together, they realized this friendship could turn into something more. Once the nerves of their first date passed, they found out quickly how much they liked each other. They have been laughing together ever since.
Eric created a fun treasure hunt for the proposal. Erika had to find several clues in every meaningful place they had been during their getting to know each other time. Church, their first dinner, Erika’s old apartment, a cafe, and it ended at Terrenea. Eric got down on one knee and proposed over looking a cliff. Of course Erica said, “YES!”
Erika and Eric love Jesus, sports, laughs, and family values. They love doing life together and can’t wait to get married!
